Upon receiving the hair it seemed fine and shipped quickly however after the install, this hair has been an entire nightmare! It sheds badly, hard to brush through and does nothing after washing and conditioning this hair. I literally have had the hair installed for a mere 3 weeks and had to have the hair cut from my head after hours of trying to untangle the hair ! I have shopped this vendor on eBay and have never had this experience with any of my hair products and I’m overly disappointed with the false advertisement of this hair! It’s impossible for it to be human hair let alone virgin I’m so pissed that I’ve spent over 500 and I have no hair in head I’m beyond unsatisfied I would like a Refund!
